Attn: Looking for a client service superstar!! You will be assisting a mortgage broker and the team around it. We are searching for someone who can provide excellent customer service while also having a clear understanding of the financial  brokerage industry. Your daily responsibilities would involve talking to new and existing leads, meeting and greeting walk-ins, aiding the broker with scheduling, following up with clients, banks, and remote team for smooth and seamless everyday operations, filing paperwork, and other admin duties. Ordering valuations  with different banks / Pricing Reviews / basic or advanced Serviceability will be a advantage. A successful candidate should be able to start as soon as possible, have excellent communication skills (talking to people face to face, answering phones, responding to emails and messages), be willing to help others, and have experience in customer relations where you have demonstrated the above tasks.
