This one of a kind Property Investment Advisory business is looking for another talented broker to join the team. They are going through rapid growth, after hiring 2 people in the past month, and still unable to cope with the organic growth! 

In this role you’ll work with qualified and paying clients who’ve been through a paid half-day education and strategy workshop, and are highly engaged and hungry for your service. Because clients pay a fee for the service and already engaged, you are not expected to pitch for business, but instead ensure clients are given an exceptional experience. A passion for Property Investment is a must!

About you
Perhaps you’ve been working as a sole trader or a franchisee, and are ready to benefit from a supportive team environment. Maybe you’re employed as a Mortgage Broker. Whatever your background, you should display the following:

  • You’re an expert in investment lending, with at least 3-5 years broking experience
  • You understand complex investment lending structures and have some exposure to self-employed scenarios
  • You have a proven ability to write $3M per month
  • You have a passion for property investment – you’re probably an investor yourself or are interested in doing so
  • You’re able to travel to work in the Northern Beaches/Manly area
  • You’re looking to stick around long-term and make this place your home
  • You’re comfortable with an open communication style and can give and receive feedback
  • You’re a great communicator and are able to apply empathy to tap into clients’ motivators and emotions to deliver an outstanding service.
