Senior Mortgage Broker

Aus Loans is looking for an experienced leading Senior Mortgage broker to service a book of 400 lending clients. 70% of the clients are white collar professionals with an average debt balance of $1.2M. New business of circa $40M+ pa. 

To be considered for this role you must:

1. Have a minimum work history as a broker for      7+ years. 

2. Proven experience working with higher net worth individuals. 

3. Proven track record of writing $40M + pa. 

This role will suit a senior broker that doesn’t want to start a business nor manage the day to day running of a business and solely wants to do what they are good at and that is delivering the best financial solutions to their clients with the support of a small team.

1. Above average salary plus bonus/incentives.

2. Profit share leading into equity after first 3 years and will be discussed and written into agreement.
