About the Role

You will be working alongside an experienced mortgage broker, delivering exception customer service, following up supporting documents, lodging loans and seeing them through to settlement.

The role requires high attention to detail, speedy delivery and professional client interaction. You will need to be able to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.  It is important to demonstrate consistent standards and the highest level of technical proficiency. You will be a valued part of the team. The role is focused on customer satisfaction and helping people.

 About You:

  • Experience working as a loan processor or broker support officer/ client service manager. Ideally you will have at least 2-4years experience
  • A high level of professionalism at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
  • Excellent work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume, dynamic team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry skills is essential and ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
