You’re an experienced Loan Administrator and know the process forwards and backwards. You’re looking for the next step in your career, a place where you can take complete ownership of the role. Having immaculate attention to detail or strong organisational skill is a given but more importantly, you know how to take the role to the next level. You’ve put systems in place and can always think three steps ahead on how to reduce unnecessary effort and increase efficiency so loan applications don’t slow down in the process. You understand the significance of leveraging your relationships with BDMs from the banks to get the ball rolling faster and jump the queue. Additionally, you have a proactive nature and have always offered a helping hand whenever you have a spare moment.
About the role
As an experienced Loan Administrator, you’ll be taking your expertise to the next level whilst supporting the owner. Through identifying and implementing processes and streamlining systems, you’ll be making some serious changes within this already successful business. Initially, you’ll be working flexible hours from Monday to Friday in Reservoir with an impending 6-month relocation to Glen Waverley. Some of your duties include:
