Client Relationships Officer

Our exceptional client are a dynamic and well established credit repair specialist who have been making their mark on the industry since 2014. Established by an extremely passionate and driven female leader, this incredible company focuses on providing a cut above the rest, elite and tailored service to every single one of their clients.

Due to extraordinary growth, we are now seeking a full time and passionate Client Relationships Officer to join the team with the role based in a lovely office environment in Epping NSW. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provide high level day to day client support
• Manage all aspects of client enquiries by phone, email, website and social media
• Assessing credit reports, quoting clients and maintain follow ups
• Management of all administrative paperwork and documentation
• Resolve issues and respond to requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Data base management

Skills and Experience:

• Strong computer skills inclusive of Microsoft office applications and google drive
• Exceptional people management, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong negotiation and research skills with the ability to resolve issues in a win-win manner
• Mature and professional approach towards work environment;
• Superior communication skills both verbal and written and ability to liaise with people on all levels;
• Efficient, organised and capable

The ideal candidate will love all things client service, administration, sales, be self-motivated, switched on and enjoy building relationships, have strong computer skills with a very high attention to detail.
