Loan Processor/Broker Support/Business Manager

We are a boutique mortgage-broking firm based in the heart of Potts Point. We define success on the repeat business and loyalty of our clients; long-term and mutually beneficial relationships rather than short-term, ‘sales’ focused transactions. 

You will have a desire to help people, with an interest in developing and improving systems. 

You can be an employee or contractor. Preference is for somebody with experience in the mortgage-broking industry.

The role involves the management and administration of processing loan applications, and general office administration.

Job Description:

  • 3-days per week: initially 1-day per week in office and 2-days per week WFH
  • Flexible hours (parent-friendly)
  • Not client facing or loan writing 
  • Ideally with industry experience and, even better, familiar with Salestrekker platform (but will train the right person) 
  • Loan processing
  • Compliance
  • Loan reviews/servicing of existing clients
  • Business manager 
  • Diary manager
  • Complete file management
  • Assisting with post settlement requests from clients which may include tasks such as product changes, processing of progress payment payments and other loan related tasks 
  • Ensure all client data is entered into the system and ensure that the CRM system is utilised to its full potential
  • Willingness/ability to do other projects such as research for advocacy 

$60-80,000pa FT equivalent, remuneration based on experience
