We provide our brokers with qualified leads from our referral sources; an in-house appointment setter to schedule a pipeline of appointments for each broker and a dedicated loan processing team from submission to settlement.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience mortgage broking (if you have less and can convince us you can do it, go for it)
  • Face-to-face client selling experience
  • Certificate IV or Diploma Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • Current driver’s license
  • A high level of professionalism with excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in off the plan house and land finance valued
