The Role

Immediately we are looking to integrate two brokers into our offices at Chermside & Lutwyche, North Brisbane QLD 'Real Estate Hubs'. Working alongside real estate agents and property managers you become a part of a team that has a culture of inclusivity & integrity with the winning mindset of champions that will reward you with a sustainable career as a mortgage broker.

Being a team player and building relationships is paramount while working with our agents. This will exponentially increase warm leads to you. You will also require self-disciple as you can work autonomously from home, so as we brokers say, "get stuff done".

Commission only and PAYG options can be discussed for the right candidate.

As a Coronis Mortgage & Finance Broker you will be responsible for:

• Contacting pre-qualified customers (inbound leads) by phone, email and video
• All aspects of being a 'loan writing mortgage broker' in regards to clients and compliance.
• Attending office team meetings with the real estate agents and other members
• Attending broker continuing professional development, face to face and virtually
• Providing finance updates to your office team, keeping them informed
• Option to attend open homes with real estate agents
• Building relationships with customers and referrers results in more long-term business

Skills and experience:

• Minimum one-year experience lending experience as an active loan writer settling loans
• Cert IV, Diploma in Mortgage Broking desired.
• Above-average technology skills, Office 365, Excel, CRM, Web-based platforms
• Ability to 'solve problems, research, tenacity in finding a solution
• Have high attention to detail, be able to articulate complex solutions with simplicity
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sense of urgency, ability to professionally follow up with all parties to meet deadlines.
• 'Can do, will do' team player attitude with an absolute customer-first-centric approach
• Exceptional time management skills
• Current drivers’ licence
