You will be assisting a mortgage broker in order to make their life easier.
We are searching for someone who can provide excellent customer service while also having a basic understanding of the financial and/or brokerage industry. Your daily responsibilities would involve talking to new and existing leads, meeting and greeting walk-ins, aiding the broker with scheduling, following up with clients, banks, and remote team for smooth and seamless everyday operations, filing paperwork, and other admin duties. We would appreciate it if you went above and beyond to keep the workplace area clean and appealing at all times.
A successful candidate should be able to start as soon as possible, have excellent communication skills (talking to people face to face, answering phones, responding to emails and messages), be willing to help others, and have some experience in customer relations where you have demonstrated the above tasks.
Plus points if your are bi-lingual.
