We are now seeking to build up our Lead Generation Department.
You will be calling potential clients to arrange appointments for our Mortgage Brokers. Your core responsibility is to arrange these appointments, ensuring that the client has a clear understanding of what is expected in their appointment. You will need to be the reason they turn up for the appointment, their relationship they form with you with you as a first point of contact will seal the deal. There will be opportunity for this person to develop into a customer service hybrid role.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Prior experience in appointment setting, ideally with knowledge of the finance/real estate industry
Great listening skills and a genuine desire to help people
Excellent oral English communication skills
A commitment to achieving company and personal KPI's
A confident and outgoing personality, with great client objection handling skills
Highly professional telephone manner
The desire to be involved with a company that rewards achievers
Our mortgage department is one of the best in the industry and right now we require a top performer to join our already successful team. Your working hours would be 11-7 with some flexibility to suit the right candidate.
