We are a successful boutique mortgage broking business looking to expand with the right partner. Our focus is on difficult to place finance for the self-employed and receive referrals mainly from accountants and business advisors, along with past clients.
Our professional yet relaxed office is located in Robina, on the Gold Coast. We envision that the right partner will not necessarily be based on the Gold Coast, however regular in person meetings will be required at least quarterly at our offices.
The current owner/operator has been a mortgage broker since 2003, and in 2022 he was awarded by our aggregator as “Best Broker QLD” - the latest in a string of awards during his career. In 2022 he settled $66M.
You will be supported by him and our two existing loan processing staff to workshop deals and progress your files through our integrated CRM/Loan Lodgement platform, with attention to detail and drive to obtain approvals and settle files promptly. Our success in supporting you will be your success in achieving your business and lifestyle goals.
You should have a minimum 2 years’ experience in lending, preferably mortgages and ideally some commercial lending exposure. You have a ‘never give up’ attitude determined to uncover merits in each application and present convincing notes/calculators to our processing team. You do not take ‘no’ on face value alone, and know how to work lender policy niches to get the best result for all concerned. You love achieving dreams for your clients, who love your work in return.
Regarding leads, we envision supplying roughly a third of your total volume, expecting $3M a month minimum as your total settlements.

As a start we propose working together on a commission split basis for a period of 6-12 months to ensure the right fit exists between us. Upon mutual agreement we propose to establish a new company, directed by you and shareholding split between us, to trade under licence from our existing trading entity. You will be paid a director’s salary in the new company, after which profits split according to share ownership. We currently aggregate through Specialist Finance Group and utilise their industry leading CRM SFGconnect built with SalesTrekker.
