An opprtunity to join a property investment brokerage specialist as part of an established (and growing) team.

Key Responsibilities 

 

Client Liaisons - Being available for clients day to day questions regarding their loan applications

 

Assisting the Funding Advisor (Broker) in preparing loan applications for loan packaging by our admin team. This includes but isn’t limited to:

 

Servicing Calculations

 

Contacting new potential clients (leads) and collecting the preliminary information and objectives required prior to handing over the lead to the Funding Advisor

 

Updating clients on the progress of their loan applications

 

Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients that will benefit them on their investment journey or current transactions in flight. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

5 Years in the Finance Industry as a Finance Broker assistant 

 

Practical understanding of Property Investment in Australia inclusive of:

 

Rental Yield and how it relates to the servicing of new mortgage applications

 

Value/income adding Strategies such as AUX Dwellings, Commercial Property, Development & Land Subdivisions & Construction

 

A personal interest in property investment (either an existing investor or someone who has ambition to become a property investor)

 

Lending/Finance Skills

 

Self Employed Income Analysis

 

Company/Trust Purchase Structures 

 

*Note - An understanding and use of these practically in the candidates history is highly favorable as nearly all loan application we process will use one or more of these strategies in ALL loan applications

 

Strong Client focus and elite phone manner with existing and prospective clients/leads. Someone who loves to see clients win

 

Prior consultative sales experience in the finance industry (selling ideas/policy exceptions to lenders and/or clients)

 

Strong understanding of servicing calculators with ambition to be trained/mentored in becoming a Finance broker (training & mentoring provided in house)

 

General Skills

Remuneration

 

Base Salary of $80,000 with a very generous incentive scheme on offer which can comfortably double the base salary via sales targets being met and referrals being closed.
