Job Description
This position will be available in a part-time capacity for the right candidate (refer to bottom of this description).
Meet with prospective home loan clients.
Using your very good communication skills educate the clients and identify what is important to them.
Prepare an application and collect supporting documents from the client(s).
In a team environment you will submit applications to lenders, keep clients updated, introduce them to other service providers they might need and ensure settlement is smooth.

If you are needing a little less than full-time (eg. kids at school and you need to do drop off and/or pick up) we can accomodate that with this role.

We are based in Richmond Melbourne. Whilst the majority of our clients are Victorian based, we have a growing client base in Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide.
