Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing loan applications, conducting research, and analysing financial documents.
- Build relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions.
- Shadow senior brokers to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage broking process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and lender policies to provide accurate advice.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of personalised financial strategies.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for finance and a desire to help people achieve their financial goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Cert IV / Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking ideal, however this can be studied alongside the role.
