Looking for gun Para Broker

This is a full-time permanent position working for Max Harris and your role is a para broker.

You will not be required to handle back end administration or generate your own leads, although this would strengthen any application.

Your primary role is to process new enquiries from pre-lodgement to lodgement, which includes the below duties:

• Borrowing capacity assessments
• Presentation of customer proposals
• Workshopping complex scenarios
• Engaging directly with customers both via email and F2F/video call

The ideal candidate has

• At least 3 years mortgage broking experience
• Very comfortable managing clients and running multiple transactions at once
• Wants to work within a team and not transition to a commission only broker 

I will consider those who have long term aspirations to be a commission only broker but the minimum tenure within the team is 3 years.

Remuneration

This will be based off the candidates experience.

For any self generated leads, you will receive 50% of the upfront commission. 

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, credit advisory, and financial planning skills
• Loan origination and structuring expertise
• Perfect English
• At least 3 years experience in mortgage industry
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Mortgage Broker License) are a plus
