An exciting opportunity exists for a Loan Processor to join Bmoney Finance at our Norwest office.
This is an office based role. To be successful you must be based in Sydney and be available to work 4 days a week for 4 hours.
The Role
Assisting multiple brokers by managing the home loan application process from pre- submission, lodgement, approval and preparation for settlement.
Manage database, CRM and compliance requirements
Manage contact with lenders and property valuers throughout the home loan application process
Liaising and updating clients throughout the loan process
Provide administrative support to cross functional teams of business
Various administrative tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Must have a minimum of 1 years industry experience
Must have experience with ApplyOnline
Experience with Infynity software preferred, but not essential
Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to manage a high volume workload and work well in stressful situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute towards team targets and goals
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work to ensure all deadlines are met
High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
