Attn: Looking for a client service superstar!! You will be assisting a mortgage broker in order to make their life easier. We are searching for someone who can provide excellent customer service while also having a basic understanding of the financial and/or brokerage industry. Your daily responsibilities would involve talking to new and existing leads, meeting and greeting walk-ins, aiding the broker with scheduling, following up with clients, banks, and remote team for smooth and seamless everyday operations, filing paperwork, and other admin duties.
