Work with Finance and business partners to strengthen forecasting, reporting, and accounting support for digital sales performance. This onsite role in Reynoldsburg, OH combines hands-on analysis with opportunities to improve reporting workflows through process improvements and automation. You will collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business teams, using tools like Snowflake and SQL alongside Excel and Access to deliver clear, decision-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide forecasting, reporting, and analysis related to sales and expense accounts to internal Finance partners.
- Review journal entries and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports and build complex ad-hoc reporting to support business initiatives and hindsight activity, delivering insights to business partners.
- Communicate findings through meetings or email, presenting clear and concise analysis, recommending actions, resolving issues, and setting expectations with diverse stakeholders.
- Support team members with ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Snowflake and SQL-based data sources.
- Drive process improvement and reporting automation efforts to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support brand initiatives, including new technology releases and enhancements.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial inquiries and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision making.
- Stay effective in a fast-paced environment by building new functional and technical knowledge through meetings, training programs, and networking while maintaining a strong understanding of the role.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced degree, CPA, or MBA an asset, but not required.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Access Applications.
- Experience with SAP, MicroStrategy, Snowflake, and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: USD 86,800 - 117,600 per year.
