Latitude Legal is seeking experienced leveraged finance attorneys for remote contract engagements with leading law firm clients. The role is designed for attorneys who can move quickly into sophisticated leveraged finance matters with minimal ramp-up, supporting lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors.
Role Overview
This is an engagement position with a flexible schedule, including full-time, part-time, or options in between. Work is remote.
Core Responsibilities
Represent clients in leveraged finance transactions as an attorney with significant big law exposure. Engagements involve sophisticated matters where the ability to take on complex work with limited initial ramp-up is expected.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leveraged finance experience representing lenders and/or borrowers/sponsors, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residencey
Compensation
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $249,600 to $312,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
Contract pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference. Each candidate’s pay rate may affect the client bill rate and influence competitiveness for the position.
