The Bilingual (Spanish) Financial Service Representative role at Heights Finance Corporation is an onsite position in Conroe, TX, focused on delivering consistent customer support, guiding borrowers through the loan journey, and supporting business growth through consultative outreach. The position also includes managing past-due accounts while maintaining strong compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Overview
In this customer-facing role, you will provide guidance through the loan process, use consultative sales techniques to match customers with appropriate financial products, and help drive results through inbound and outbound calling. You will also work with customers on past-due accounts to pursue resolution, while ensuring customer information and company assets are protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, including opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Handle inbound calls with confidence and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
- Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts by offering solutions and working toward resolution.
- Complete a hands-on training program supported by one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
- Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to safeguard customer information and company assets.

Schedule and Hours
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs and peak seasons
Hourly Compensation
- $16.25 to $22.75 per hour
- The base hourly range reflects the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range based on state average.
- Actual base hourly pay for this full-time role will be determined by factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
