Responsibilities
- Financial oversight and reporting within the Capital portfolios
- Capital metrics & trend analysis
- Financial reporting - Corporate & FP&A Deliverables (LRP vs. Outlook, COO, etc.)
- Capital Long Range Planning (LRP) cycle
- Key Investments process oversight and alignment
- APEX Lead – Identify & lead implementation of improvement projects
- Special Projects as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
- 5+ years in a business operations role with demonstrated business acumen, proactive analytic skills including financial modeling and business case generation/analysis to drive communication and decision making
- Experience with written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications

Who you are
You are a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or FP&A support within a complex business environment. You collaborate effectively across finance, operations, and leadership teams to align on financial performance, planning cycles, and investment priorities, and you proactively identify process improvements to drive efficiency through analysis, reporting enhancements, and special project work.
Ability to work remotely
Full-time Remote Telework: The selected candidate will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office or job site. Periodic travel to a Lockheed Martin office may be required for meetings.
Work schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules for flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed formats, which provide additional time away from the office beyond Paid Time Off benefits.

Pay rate
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085.
