Cash Flow Finance Attorney

Active staffing and offshore Servies is hiring a Cash Flow Finance Attorney to support a fast-paced lender-side debt finance practice in Boston. The role focuses on cash flow financing and acquisition finance matters, with an expectation of office presence at least four days per week.

This is a full-time position in Boston, MA (hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02110), offering a competitive salary range of USD 260,000 to 435,000 per year depending on attorney level and qualifications. Generative AI proficiency is required for legal research, drafting, and analysis, with careful judgment around confidentiality and ethical use.

Role Focus

• Lender-side representation across complex cash flow financing transactions
• Deal work spanning acquisition finance, senior secured and mezzanine debt, and junior capital
• Participation in sports finance matters as applicable (experience is a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Represent banks, private credit funds, BDCs, and institutional lenders in complex cash flow financing transactions
• Handle acquisition finance matters involving senior secured and mezzanine debt, as well as junior capital and sports finance
• Structure, draft, and negotiate financing documentation and manage transactions through closing
• Work closely with partners and clients in a high-performing debt finance practice under fast-moving timelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of transactional debt finance experience, with emphasis on cash flow lending and acquisition finance
• 2+ years as an Associate Attorney
• Experience representing lenders in sophisticated financing transactions
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and transaction-management skills
• Excellent academic credentials; large law firm or elite boutique experience preferred
• Generative AI proficiency for legal research, drafting, and analysis, with sound judgment regarding confidentiality and ethical use
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• MA Bar admission requirement: admission to MA Baar with 2 years
• Specified minimum experience totals include:
  • transactional debt finance matters: 2 years (Required)
  • cash flow and acquisition financings: 2 years (Required)
