This on-site, full-time Certified Financial Planner role is based in Boston, MA, with a salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year. Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and goals
- Provide personalized financial plans
- Advise on investment and retirement strategies
- Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and expertise
- Certified Financial Planner Designation
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with eMoney Advisor software is a plus
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, ideally 3+ years
- Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with in-depth financial knowledge
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts and the ability to analyze and assess financial data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees preferred
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
