Job Description
Join Thrivent as a Financial Advisor in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where you deliver expert financial guidance with heart in a faith-based context. This onsite role includes thorough onboarding, ongoing training, and a compensation model that blends commissions with incentives and planning fees for those who qualify. Responsibilities
- Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
- Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
- Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.
- Arrange client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver award-winning financial workshops, and market your practice.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
