Job Description

The Financial Advisor role is an onsite position based in Huntington Beach, California, focusing on comprehensive financial planning, client relationship-building, and helping clients reach their financial goals. The role includes structured training and the potential for commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans to illustrate a client’s current financial position.
  • Define goals and milestones for where clients want to be in the future.
  • Provide the financial tools and support needed to help clients reach those goals.
  • Receive in-depth training and collaborate with industry experts until confident to work independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Grit.
  • Motivation.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to commute to Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (Required).

Compensation

Salary: USD 75,000 - 150,000 per year. The role is primarily commission-based with stipends and bonuses available.
