Financial Advisor

First Command Financial Services is seeking a Financial Advisor based in Arlington, VA 22202 for an in-person role supporting the military community. The position centers on helping military families develop holistic financial plans while also growing the advisor force through structured onboarding, training, and coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with the military community by partnering with local military organizations, military units, and other affiliates that support military families
• Coach military families on building a holistic financial plan, including:
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Insurance

Minimum Requirements

Compensation and Projected Earnings

Base Pay: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

• Year One: Monthly Training Stipend (W2)
• Year Two: Independent Contractor (average $62,000)
• Year Three: Independent Contractor (average $85,000)
• Year Four: Independent Contractor (average $109,000)
