Job Description
PNC Wealth Management is hiring a Financial Advisor to support clients across Meridian/Okemos, MI from an in-branch location. This role combines investment and insurance guidance with hands-on client service, backed by a supportive, in-office culture designed to help you thrive and maintain balance.
What you’ll be doing
As a Financial Advisor, you will consult on investment and insurance strategies, create and maintain individual financial plans, and help clients stay on track as needs evolve. You will own the client experience for both sales and service, while applying product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently.
- Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, including selecting appropriate products
- Present financial recommendations and ongoing guidance
- Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business through client networking and business development
- Identify sales and service opportunities, execute next steps, and make referrals to internal business partners as appropriate
- Strengthen client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience
- Coordinate with branch teams to lead actions that support investment results
- Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities and drive investment education and visibility
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners to support referral activity and follow-up
- Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
Location and team setup
You will be based at the Meridian, Okemos, MI location. Financial Advisors work within a collaborative circuit of branches and manage an assigned book of business.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
