Responsibilities
- Engage in the day-to-day duties of a financial professional with mentor guidance to build the skills needed for a thriving practice.
- Obtain a foundation that enables a swift start if you pursue the role full time after the program.
- Leverage the early experience to begin forming a client practice once contracted as a Financial Representative.
- Explore topics such as marketing, client prospecting, sales cycles, product offerings, team collaboration, time management, and more.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors on real world cases, prepare illustrations for prospects or existing clients, and earn commissions on sales.
- Meet with clients to understand goals, concerns, and current financial information; analyze data to craft plans with appropriate strategies, products, and services.
- Gain insight into how financial professionals work with individuals and families to discuss financial goals and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a client base that values your guidance and support.
- Learn the fundamentals of client acquisition and how successful advisors grow their practices.
- Explore a financial services career under the mentorship of experienced representatives, wealth managers, and advisors.
Requirements
- Pass the state licensing exam.
- Must be graduating in May 2026 or have graduated since 2024.
- Must be willing to commute to Paramus, NJ or Farmington, CT.

Pay
Pay: $2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute: Paramus, NJ 07652 (Required); commuting to Farmington, CT is also noted in the role requirements.
