Job Description

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor to join its Roswell, GA team. This onsite role focuses on delivering tailored financial guidance and personalized solutions to clients, helping them build comprehensive plans and select brokerage options. The position blends investment insight with practical banking strategies within a collaborative financial center.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with clients to outline short- and long-term financial objectives, developing a tailored financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, along with banking and money management solutions.
  • Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and financial needs.
  • Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Integrates risk mitigation into daily activities to protect client interests.
  • Identifies potential new clients through referrals or the financial center's existing clientele.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and the potential services recommended.

Requirements

  • Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (63 or 65 may be substituted for 66); if the 66 is not held but 63 or 65 is, an offer may be extended with the condition that the missing series is passed within 60 days.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services sector and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Sets and achieves goals and builds strong client relationships.
  • Collaborates effectively with others to accomplish tasks.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently with clients across modes of engagement.
  • Manages goals, handles complexity, prioritizes tasks, and performs well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapts to new information, and seeks appropriate client solutions.
  • Manages time efficiently and responsibly.
  • Maintains thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies.
