What you’ll do
As a Financial Solutions Advisor, you’ll consult clients on investment and insurance strategies and help develop financial plans aligned with their goals. You will be responsible for building and retaining an investment and insurance book of business while owning the client experience through efficient sales and service.
- Consult on investment and insurance strategies; grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business
- Own the client experience by efficiently handling sales and service, identifying sales and/or execution opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners as appropriate
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through branch business development and outbound calling
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, recommend appropriate products, and establish and monitor individual financial plans
- Provide ongoing coaching and education to branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities
- Partner with the branch manager and/or investment sales associate to lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results, including urgency and leading by example
- Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Communicate with branch leadership and partners to review business results and pipeline management
What you bring
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
- Typically requires a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
