This part-time, hybrid independent-contractor role supports a business-financing lead-generation company through hands-on growth marketing. You will plan, execute, and optimize digital acquisition programs with an emphasis on qualified leads, conversion performance, and transparent reporting.
Role Overview
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own digital lead-generation execution end to end, from campaign development and performance optimization to lead nurturing, landing-page conversion improvements, and reporting. The work includes tracking leads from initial source through application, qualification, and closed business outcomes, with a focus on lead quality rather than volume alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive digital lead-generation strategy
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creative performance, and conversion rates
- Improve landing-page conversion rates and lead-capture processes
- Manage SEO and local-search initiatives
- Build and optimize email and SMS lead-nurture campaigns
- Support CRM workflow improvements, including automations, segmentation, and attribution
- Track leads from initial source through application, qualification, and closed business
- Evaluate lead quality, not just lead volume
- Produce weekly performance reports covering advertising spend, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, booked calls, applications, and completed transactions
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend proactive improvements
- Coordinate with company leadership and outside creative or technical resources when needed
- Maintain awareness of advertising-platform requirements and compliance considerations for business-financing marketing
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on digital marketing or performance-marketing experience
- Demonstrated success generating qualified leads through paid digital advertising
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, and landing-page optimization
- Experience using a CRM and marketing-automation tools; Zoho CRM experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to connect marketing activity with qualified leads, applications, and revenue
- Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign data
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with company leadership
- Portfolio, campaign examples, or documented performance results showing prior success
- Ability to work from the Parsippany office approximately two to three days per week
Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing business-financing, lending, fintech, professional services, or other high-value lead-generation services
- Familiarity with financial-services advertising policies and compliance considerations
- Experience improving lead follow-up, appointment-setting, and sales-funnel conversion
- Experience integrating advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems

Compensation and Engagement Details
- Independent-contractor engagement
- $5,000 per month for approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Advertising budgets, software expenses, and approved outside creative services are separate from compensation
- Contractor will provide a completed Form W-9 and manage applicable taxes and insurance
