Job Description
This in office, full time role supports Thrivent and Wisconsin Heartland Associates by assisting financial advisors and clients with financial planning, investments, insurance, and related services from our Madison, Wisconsin location.

Compensation
Base salary of USD 36,000 per year, plus a commission component based on sales revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage confidential member and customer communications, delivering clear verbal and written responses to maintain high satisfaction.
- Advise prospective and current members on suitable financial products and investment advisory services.
- Collect financial and suitability information from members and customers.
- Receive and enter securities trade orders for clients, including unsolicited orders.
- Explain or discuss insurance coverages, analyze policy exposures, and provide recommendations.
- Support financial representatives in preparing for and following up on member or client meetings.
- Additional duties may be assigned in line with licensure and business needs.
- Meet with prospects or existing clients to review products and identify potential new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Hold securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and state registrations for Life, Health, and Annuities.
- Clear background check and fingerprinting, with verification of securities registrations and/or insurance licensing as applicable.
- Must be registered/appointed in all states where support work will be performed for the sponsoring financial advisor, and be willing to complete state training to sell Long Term Care if required.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high quality of work amid frequent interruptions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
