Job Description

Rising Tides Wealth Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Associate Financial Representative (AFR) to support its financial planning team in Honolulu, HI. In this role, you will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while assisting advisors with client-ready workflows, insurance processing, and organized case management.

Role Overview

The AFR position is designed to provide structured team support across scheduling, policy and documentation coordination, and client and CRM administration. You will assist with tasks related to life, disability, long term care, and annuity policies, including quote preparation and application processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and coordination with the Scheduling Coordinator
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Coordinate team meetings, including agendas
  • Handle physical mailings and manage mass Outlook email lists
  • Create or find quotes for life, disability, long term care, and annuity policies
  • Input insurance applications and complete required documentation
  • Assist with underwriting and application processing
  • Maintain organized records of insurance policies, claims, and related documents
  • Support file management and organization for team workflows
  • Perform CRM and client management tasks
  • Edit and input case notes
  • Complete and/or assist with projects assigned by the Operations Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in OneDrive and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Clear, straightforward communicator in verbal and written formats
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities as they change
  • Ability to “Manage Up” and communicate needs clearly
  • Comfort taking initiative and managing tasks without excessive micromanagement
  • Proactive, “Batteries Included” approach
  • Judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Life & Health Licensed (or obtain licensing within 6 months of job start)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Administrative or office experience is preferred
  • Insurance or financial experience is NOT required

Compensation and Pay Range

  • Salary: USD 48,000 - 60,000 per year depending on experience
  • Bonus structure: may be negotiated and based on quarterly targets
