Finance Data Analyst

In Westfield, IN (onsite), you will partner across finance and operations to strengthen data integrity, build scalable reporting workflows, and support executive-level KPI reporting that helps teams act with confidence.

This position is ideal for an analyst who enjoys connecting the dots between manufacturing realities and performance metrics, using analytics to surface trends, validate results, and guide strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Extract and process data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and reports from internal programs, external sources, and software providers
• Design and optimize enterprise-level reporting data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Maintain data integrity and consistency by cleaning datasets, correcting errors, troubleshooting missing values, and aligning results to business KPIs
• Analyze and interpret datasets using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Create clear visual representations of data using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data needs and support consolidated, data-driven decision-making
• Lead ad hoc analysis projects that address urgent business needs using near real-time data
• Support strategic objectives by establishing and refining KPIs and other quantifiable business objectives
• Partner with leadership and act as a business intelligence consultant to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related)
• 3+ years of data analysis and/or business intelligence experience
• Proficiency with analytics tools including SQL, Python, R, and Excel
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
• Ability to understand manufacturing business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical operational teams
• Strong communication skills, including presenting and explaining data significance to business stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.), with NetSuite experience and web proficiency

Working Conditions

Primarily an office-based role in Westfield, IN, with frequent interaction on the manufacturing floor.
