Job Description
Location
- Starke, Florida (hybrid work arrangement)
Compensation and Contract Type
- Salary: USD 50,000 - 150,000 per year
- Contract type: Independent consultant / 1099
Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews to gather data on income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information essential for building a plan
- Assess the financial information collected to identify strategies for achieving clients' objectives
- Offer and sell financial products including annuities, mutual funds, and insurance
- Periodically review client accounts and plans to determine if life events, market shifts, or performance changes call for reassessment
- Provide strategic recommendations across areas such as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning to help clients reach their goals
- Grow and maintain a client base, keep current client plans up-to-date, and continuously recruit new clients
- Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies
Requirements
- Proven financial services sales experience
- Securities registrations (FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 & 65) required
- Florida Life & Health insurance license required
- Clean FINRA BrokerCheck
- Strong sales and communication skills
