Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a faith-focused practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity and enables lives of service and faith.
- Offer personalized, practical advice and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Cultivate lasting, trust-based relationships across generations while serving clients in your chosen community.
- Schedule client meetings by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver recognized financial workshops and market your practice.
- Maintain flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) prior to contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
