Job Description

Thrivent offers a faith centered financial practice environment in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where advisors deliver personal, actionable guidance. Onboarding includes obtaining state licenses and FINRA registrations, with compensation tied to commissions and incentives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity, enabling lives of service and faith.
  • Offer personalized, actionable guidance and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
  • Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships across generations founded on trust, serving clients in your chosen community.
  • Schedule client meetings by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver standout financial workshops and market your practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
