Financial Advisor

Daybright Financial invites independent financial advisors to join its Independent Financial Solutions segment as contract consultants (1099). This hybrid role in Florida emphasizes client interviews, tailored planning, and product recommendations, with uncapped commission potential as you grow your client base.

Compensation

Pay range: USD 50,000 to 150,000 per year. This is a contract (1099) position.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to assess income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial goals, risk tolerance, and other factors needed to craft a plan.
• Analyze client data to identify strategies that help achieve financial objectives.
• Sell financial products such as annuities, mutual funds, and insurance policies.
• Regularly review client accounts and plans to determine if life changes, market shifts, or performance trends warrant reassessment.
• Recommend strategies across cash management, insurance, and investment planning to help clients reach their goals.
• Build and maintain a growing client base, keep plans current, and continually recruit new clients.
• Address client questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and recommendations.

Requirements

• Financial services sales experience required.
• FINRA securities registration required: Series 6, or Series 7 with Series 65.
• Florida Life & Health insurance license required.
• Clean FINRA BrokerCheck.
• Financial acumen with around 2 years of experience preferred.
