Job Description

Thrivent offers onboarding to help you build a financial practice that aligns with Christian values, on site in Butte, MT. You will receive comprehensive onboarding training and operate with commission based compensation, supported by a collaborative culture and a team of specialists to help you grow your practice while serving clients with purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity and a life of service and faith.
  • Deliver personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
  • Establish and maintain enduring, trust based relationships across generations while serving clients in your community.
  • Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent's reputation, lead engaging financial workshops, and market your practice.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule that supports work life balance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues who are invested in your success and ready to help you achieve it.
  • Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement and experienced advisors as you build your business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • FINRA SIE, and life and health licenses required before contracting (licensed role only).
  • Successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing as applicable.
