Job Description

Thrivent offers onboarding to help you build a financial practice that aligns with Christian values, on site in Butte, MT. Responsibilities

Develop and grow a financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity and a life of service and faith.
Deliver personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
Establish and maintain enduring, trust based relationships across generations while serving clients in your community.
Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent's reputation, lead engaging financial workshops, and market your practice.
Maintain a flexible schedule that supports work life balance.
Collaborate with colleagues who are invested in your success and ready to help you achieve it.
Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement and experienced advisors as you build your business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
FINRA SIE, and life and health licenses required before contracting (licensed role only).
Successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing as applicable.
