Job Description

Based onsite in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, this Thrivent Financial Advisor role centers on building a personal practice that helps Christians pursue financial clarity. You’ll deliver personalized guidance, connect clients with Thrivent programs, and operate within a flexible, commission-based compensation model, with an annual salary range of USD 90,198 to 165,000. The position emphasizes collaboration with specialists across the organization to support your growth and impact within your faith community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a personal financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity while supporting lives of service and faith.
  • Provide practical, individualized advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
  • Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust, with the ability to serve clients in your community.
  • Schedule client meetings by leveraging your network and Thrivent's reputation, deliver engaging financial workshops, and market your practice.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
  • Join a collaborative culture where colleagues are invested in your success and willing to help you achieve it.
  • Access specialists from business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors as you build your business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • FINRA SIE and life and health licenses (licensed role only) must be obtained prior to contracting.
  • Successful background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing as applicable.
