Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity that supports lives of service and faith.
  • Provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
  • Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships across generations, serving clients in your chosen community with trust and understanding.
  • Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver award-winning financial workshops, and market your practice.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • Operate within a collaborative culture where colleagues help you succeed and contribute to your goals.
  • Access specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and seasoned advisors as you build your business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
