Responsibilities
- Develop a faith-aligned financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity and empowers lives of service and faith.
- Provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
- Foster genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community.
- Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering effective financial workshops and marketing your practice.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance.

- Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement and experienced advisors as you build your business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
- Location: Waldorf, MD onsite.
