Develop a faith-aligned financial practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity and empowers lives of service and faith.
Provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
Foster genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding, serving clients in your chosen community.
Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering effective financial workshops and marketing your practice.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
Location: Waldorf, MD onsite.
