Financial Advisor

This Financial Advisor role supports Thrivent's North Central Florida Group in Gainesville and Tallahassee, with onboarding and mentorship to help you build a client-focused practice onsite.

• Provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
• Build and sustain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust, serving clients in your chosen community.
• Schedule client meetings by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver engaging financial workshops, and market your practice.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to support work‑life balance.

• Access specialists across the organization—business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors—as you develop your business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• FINRA SIE and life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, as applicable.

North Central Florida Group, an established Thrivent financial services practice with offices in Gainesville and Tallahassee, FL, is looking to grow with a full-time Financial Professional.
