Responsibilities
- Develop a Christian-focused financial practice that guides believers toward financial clarity and a life of service and faith.
- Offer personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Foster genuine, long-term relationships across generations built on trust, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.
- Schedule client meetings through your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver engaging financial workshops, and market your practice.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.
- Collaborate within a culture that prioritizes your success and offers support to help you achieve it.
- Leverage specialists across the organization—such as business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors—as you build your business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) required before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing, if applicable.
