Financial Advisor

The Coastal Wealth Management network, an Ameriprise Financial franchise, offers a fully in-office Financial Advisor role based in Glastonbury, CT. This position focuses on retirement and wealth planning, with an asset matching transition program to help grow an advisory practice on site.

Responsibilities

• Retirement planning, including 401(k) strategy development
• Investment portfolio management and oversight
• Family wealth planning and comprehensive financial guidance
• Delivering full-service, relationship-driven client service
• Maintaining an in-office, high-touch advisory model with a commitment to exceptional client care

Requirements

• Experienced Financial Advisors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow the practice
• Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships and deliver superior service
• Existing book of business is required
• Commitment to achieving outstanding client outcomes

Growth and Transition Support

• Initial book of approximately 20 million dollars to manage
• Asset Matching Program to onboard new assets up to 50 million dollars
• Examples: bring 25 million dollars and receive an additional 25 million to manage; bring 30 million dollars and receive an additional 30 million to manage
• Proven experience in onboarding advisors and transitioning client relationships
• Dedicated support to ensure a smooth, efficient, and client-focused transition
• Enhanced partnership opportunities for advisors with an established book of business
