Financial Advisor - Client Success
Job Description
Skyline Wealth Strategies, LLC is hiring a Client Success Financial Advisor in Austin, TX (onsite) to deliver proactive, high-touch service for existing and new clients. This role focuses on strengthening trust through timely communication, careful portfolio and income plan oversight, and strict adherence to In Good Order (IGO) standards. You will partner across advisors, client experience, and operations to help ensure smooth case progress from submission through completion.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for annuity clients, building trust and supporting client satisfaction.
- Run regular service check-ins to review income plans and financial objectives.
- Educate clients on annuity features, performance, and strategies.
- Proactively communicate updates, changes, and recommendations.
- Maintain client portfolios and income plans aligned to client goals.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to process reallocations, distributions, and policy updates.
- Identify opportunities for optimization within client portfolio structures.
- Manage annuity application pipelines, including transfers and funding processes.
- Monitor case progress from submission through completion, addressing delays and NIGOs (Not in Good Order).
- Support back-office functions to help ensure efficient and accurate policy issuance.
- Ensure 100% IGO submission for all client files and applications.
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and carrier-specific guidelines.
- Partner with advisors, client experience teams, and operations staff to deliver seamless service.
- Prepare client review meeting materials, including updated summaries and reports.
- Contribute to improvement of internal workflows and service systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, client relationship management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to new products and systems.
- CFP designation strongly preferred; CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Advisor licensing/certifications (Series, Insurance, CFP®) preferred or willingness to obtain.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Weekly service check-ins and recapture bookings.
- Annuity/life/alternative investments Total Assets Gathered (TAG) per week.
- Percentage of applications submitted In-Good-Order (IGO).
- Timeliness of application processing and funding.
- Client satisfaction scores (NPS/Google Reviews).
- Service ticket resolution within required timelines.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: USD 60,000 per year. Location: Austin, TX (onsite).
Total Target Compensation (TTC): For years 1-2, $100-$150k. Base salary is commensurate with experience, with a performance-based incentive structure and commission opportunities.
