Financial Advisor(Entry-Level, Remote)

Impact Financial is hiring an entry-level Financial Advisor to support clients with clear guidance on their financial options, with structured training and hands-on coaching throughout the process. This role is fully remote and can be worked part-time or full-time, with compensation that reflects performance and growth over time.

You will work with established processes and technology to help clients understand priorities, evaluate financial information, and move forward with strategies built for long-term outcomes. Impact Financial emphasizes mentorship, ongoing professional development, and relationship-building across clients, teammates, and referral partners.

Role Overview

• Entry-level Financial Advisor role with structured training, licensing education, and ongoing coaching
• Fully remote (Remote/Hybrid listed) with part-time or full-time availability
• Compensation is performance-based, including up-front commissions, ongoing residual income, and potential bonuses

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial goals, needs, and priorities
• Analyze financial information and help develop customized strategies
• Prepare and present financial solutions, including consistent follow-up
• Build strong relationships with clients, teammates, and referral partners
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development sessions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses within 60 days
• Strong work ethic with a desire for personal and professional growth
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions)

Compensation

• USD 50,000 to USD 100,000 per year
